Why I collect it Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, to arrange a free initial consultation. I do not use your data for marketing purposes.

How I store it Enquiries are received by email and stored securely. I do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law.

How long I keep it If a therapeutic relationship does not begin following your enquiry, I will delete your contact details within 12 months. Client records are kept in accordance with BACP guidelines.
